Company Profile

Cassone Construction is a family run business that has been operating in the Ottawa area since 1975.  During this period, Cassone Construction Ltd. has built upwards of 100 high end custom homes as well as carrying out extensive renovations on many others.

Cassone Construction Ltd. is primarily a new home builder and is one of the original members in what is now known as the Tarion Warranty Corporation.

Over the past 30 years, Cassone Construction Ltd. has remained a family owned and operated company.  This means that we as a family are involved in every step of each and every project; From the planning stages right through to the Pre-Delivery Inspection that we conduct with each and every purchaser.  We feel that this is vital in order to stay in touch not only with our clients and trades people but also in order to ensure that the quality of our homes remains at the highest possible level.
