We take great pride in offering only the highest quality goods and materials.  Among standard plumbing fixtures, for example, we use Moen, American Standard and Maax products.

In terms of structural items, Cassone Construction Ltd. uses the TrusJoist Silent Floor system in order to ensure the most stable and squeak free floor possible.  The TrusJoist Silent Floor system is guaranteed for the lifetime of the structure.

Cassone Construction Ltd. also uses only the very best in terms of windows.  For a number of years now, we have used Laflamme Windows and Doors in all of our homes.  These windows are all wood and vinyl clad along with Low-E and argon filled glass in order to provide our clients with the highest possible value for both energy costs and resale.

In addition we are always very selective in terms of sourcing out the very best trades people that are available to us to work on our homes.  Many of our trades people have been with us for many years including a few that have been with us since the beginning.  This shows not only our commitment to you the customer, but also to the trades people and the homebuilding industry itself.
