All of the new homes built by Cassone Construction Ltd. are covered by legislation known as the New Homes Warranty Plan Act, which is overseen and administered by the Tarion Warranty Corporation.  Tarion is the new name for the Ontario New Home Warranty Program.

Despite the name change, Tarion is the same company that has been protecting new home buyers in Ontario since 1978.

Amongst other things, the Tarion Warranty Corporation provides protection for new home buyers in the following areas:  deposit protection, work and materials, delayed closings, delayed occupancy, and the unauthorized substitutions of materials.

Cassone Construction Ltd. has been a member in good standing since the inception of the Ontario New Home Warranty Program in 1978.  As such our membership number is 387, compared to new builders today whose membership numbers begin at 35 000+.
